Spreadsheet based CMS for the Zoho Answer Bot

I am really excited by the Answer Bot in Zoho SalesIQ 2.0 release, but I miss something from Dialogflow.

Dialogflow has this feature where the entire bot can be exported and imported as a ZIP file.

In turn, this allows folks to type all the questions into a spreadsheet and convert it into a Dialogflow agent with the click of a button (disclosure: I built the tool).

Adding FAQs in the current interface is OK, but if you need to add 100s of frequently asked questions, with multiple variants per FAQ, that can become quite tedious. It would be great if there is an "Import FAQ in bulk" feature so can use Excel/Google Sheets/Zoho Sheet as a CMS for the bot.

I understand this works better for text only answers and not so much for HTML based responses, but it would work well for people who are creating simple FAQ bots.

I can say from experience that it speeds up data entry quite a bit and also makes it easier for people to collaborate on creating FAQs. Plus it is easier to see all the questions for an FAQ at-a-glance. Finally, this means the output from other tools in CSV format (e.g. scraping an FAQ page using a browser extension) can be used as a "feed" and allows you to create the Answer Bot quite easily.
