Stars rating disappearance

Hello there! I already sent a message in private to Zoho but I hope I am not alone with the problem so I post my request here aswell.

We used the stars ratings system for our customer's feedback and we were really happy with it. It was simple and really precise. It was one of the arguments for choosing Zoho.

We then discovered the disappearance of the stars for 3 ugly smileys (yes, I know, I can change that). But it really doesn't go with our company's image, it isn't precise and destroyed our stats. So I really hope I'm not alone with this issue and that you will at least give us both possibilities: chose between stars and smileys.
