Start on power on and run in background

Using zoho crm mobile app for android. It seems the app works when its loaded and if loaded and the "minimized". Can then click and hold home button to see active apps and go back. However it doesn't seem to load after the device is restarted or powered on from off. Likewise, I just did a restart and went to the application manager in settings and do not see ZoHo CRM mobile running in the processes. Is there a way from within the app or standard android os to force load on startup of the app or listener process (for phone call log and email) and a way that zoho crm mobile will never shut down unless user prompts to do so after the app has been opened? Obviously, I get annoyed at my other apps when they do what I'm requesting but for this one it would be perfect! :) Having issues with sales team not recording their Items in the morning and missing data(phone restart) and call logs if the app was loaded but "closed" after used. Their intent is not to close zoho crm mobile but rather say "I'm done using it now ,but I'll defiantly need it soon again" Thanks
