I need a software to easily organize, search, and map my network of subcontractors nationwide. I have an excel sheet of 1200 subcontactors nationwide. We use this list to find a sub in a specific area when a new job comes up. We need to be able to see all contacts on a map. Also want the ability to enter a jobsite address in the map and it will show all the subs i have closest to that jobsite.. Also need the ability to search and ability to attach documents to each contact. Each sub must have a valid insurance certiface and W-9 on file to do work. We need the ability to see that on all contacts.
