Subform Notification on Edit

Hey friends!

We're working on a way to notify a specific user when a subform is edited. As there is currently no way to do this natively, we have a formula column that looks at the length of other columns and then adds them to an aggregate field so that we can trigger the email.

That part is resolved, but as of now the only thing we can send in the email notification is that a subform in a specific record was edited, but we can't give any information about what the change was. Has anyone ran into a similar situation/ have any ideas about how you might be able to convey in the email which column was edited in the subform?
