Subtracting Tutor hours from Session Report

Subtracting Tutor hours from Session Report

I'm looking for some one to develop for me the following. I need our tutors to type in the session report of their students ( comments) and then type in a number that represents the time they spent with the student. This time, for example is 1hr which I need subtracted from the total hours that was bought, say 48hrs.
