Suddenly inactive account

Hello,

For a client I setup both email addresses in Zoho, but now when he tries to login he cannot login and it says that both accounts ar inactive. It’s about the following email addresses:


He cannot login to his email, and thus he cannot contact you, so now I am contacting you. Please help urgently.
