Suddenly unable to upload from iPhone X or Pixel 2 to Zoho Docs. PLEASE LOGIN.
We have used the Genius Scan app on our iPhone X and Pixel 2 to scan and upload to a paid Zoho Docs subscription for a couple years. Suddenly, we are unable to upload from our phones o Zoho Docs. Whether we try to upload from Genius Scan, Zoho's Doc Scanner, or from my iPhone photos, we get this message: "Login. Please login to Zoho Docs." [See attached screenshot.] The only option is to press "OK."
I have logged out and back into Zoho Docs on my iPhone X. I have uninstalled the Zoho Docs app, reinstalled, and logged back in. I can see my files so I'm clearly logged in, but nothing works.
Please help, this is a problem for me and I rely on Zoho Docs regularly. Thank you.
