Support from Zoho.... Anyone manage to get an actual response?
So I was speaking to someone called Jennifer on the live chat facility last week regarding an issue that I am having with ZohoWriter... It doesn't hold formatting correctly when doing a merge.
Anyway, she was great, whilst I had her on chat, after we switched to email the responses became slow... now, nothing. I even went back onto chat and spoke to someone else, they advised me to email in to support@. Still no response at all.
The issue that we are having is causing us problems and seems to be a fairly fundamental issue with an area of the program that should just work.
If there is anyone from Zoho support out there please could you take a look at ticket
