Anyway, she was great, whilst I had her on chat, after we switched to email the responses became slow... now, nothing. I even went back onto chat and spoke to someone else, they advised me to email in to support@. Still no response at all.

The issue that we are having is causing us problems and seems to be a fairly fundamental issue with an area of the program that should just work.

If there is anyone from Zoho support out there please could you take a look at ticket  4884 622 and see what is going on with it?
