It would be really useful if we could use placeholder fields in links when creating a snippet. As an example we generate workdrive folders for each ticket and attach the url as a custom field. These urls a quite long so it's nice to include them as hyperlinks like "click here for share folder" but right now it's not possible to make that a snippet.
