Sync issue with Shopify

Sync issue with Shopify

Hi,

I integrated the Zoho inventory with Shopify app. I have received my first order on 25 the Sep in Shopify. But the order didn’t synced in the Zoho inventory.

When I checked the sync history, found the below message.

1001 - IGST cannot be applied as this is an intrastate transaction

Can anyone help me to address the issue?
