Sync not working on Zoho Workdrive

Sync not working on Zoho Workdrive

I am running Windows 10 Pro and have the workdrive app installed on the PC. 
I deleted a number of folders in the web app but the local version still shows all the folders deleted.
Why could this be? Have I missed something?
