Sync Stock Inventory between CS-Cart and Zoho Inventory

We are building an add-on to sync data between CS_Cart and Zoho. Unfortunately we are stuck with the sync of Products Stock Quantity.

As per the add-on whenever a product is created in CS-Cart, it will sync in Zoho. That same product will be actually first purchased in Zoho..so the actual quantity of that product will be in Zoho.

So need some guidance and help as to how we can manage the actual quantity through API between CS-Cart and Zoho.
