Synchronise Data between two apps

I installed the app "Project Manager Plus" from the marketplace. I need to import User data from another Contact Manager app. I just need to import User Name and User Email. I also want to make sure the data is always current. For example, if the email address is changed in the Contact Manager app, I want the same data synchronized in "Project Manager Plus".
