Tabbed area for different information

I have a custom section on the Contact layout. I need to add another one, but am concerned it will display too much information all at once about the Contact, and need to scroll to view more information. It would be great if the section is a tabbed feature so you could view different type of information without scrolling. For example, I have three sections, one for trials, 2nd for conference, and 3d for classes. To switch between these information, I click on a tab for each section.
