Tags Column: Show as Many Tags as Will Fit

For some reason, when looking at the main list of projects, only the first 2 tags are visible. Doesn't matter how wide you make the column, you only see the first two and a "+X" where X is however many more exist.

Would be great if as many tags as will fit in the column would show instead. This could probably be accomplished with Saved Views except for the fact that those do not store column sizing or Sort Order, so they become very clunky very quickly.
