Task Layout + Budget + Project Rollup

Please consider adding advanced functionality to the layouts and fields creator to account for projects that use roll-up functionality. This would include aggregate / average / median functionality at the task list / milestone and at the project level.
An example use case:
We use 3rd party vendors and partnerships who bill on a fixed cost / cost plus agreements that is tracked at the task level (as well as some fixed costs associated with the project). If I add a custom field to the task layout to capture this cost, ideally I'd like to see the aggregate cost of tasks both at the task list view, and the aggregate at the project level across all task lists.
Eg: Where Quote is a custom field
Task 1: Quote: 4000
Task 2: Quote: 2000
Task 3: Quote: 3000
Task List / Project: Sum[Quote]: 9000
