Teacher would like to teach with Zoho Notebook

I am a math teacher and use an iPad and apple pencil to teach with. Zoho would be amazing if I could use my mac to make my notes, my iPad to work and present my notes, and students chromebooks to use my blank notes to take their notes.

I cannot figure out how to write on my note templates (PDFs). I can see this being great if that was worked out. Right now I use Notability which is great except it will not work on chromebooks.

When writing on PDFs it would be great if the following features could be present:

different color & size pens

highlighters

way to make straight line

text box add

graph paper sticky notes to add

web links

embedded video clips
