Many of our customers are using Telegram or Discord to communicate.   Having Telegram conversations in CRM would be fantastic.

I'm glad that Bigin has email integration, but while most interactions start from email, less than 10% of all customer interactions continue via email, most move to Telegram/WeChat/Discord/Teams/etc.
