I have some large houses that I rent out to students by the bedroom. I would like an app to record tenant details and rental payments on.  There will be a 'tenant details' form and a 'record payment' form. The tenant details form will have the following fields: Tenant name Tenant email address Tenant phone number Tenant property (select from a drop down list) Tenant room (select from a drop down list) Move in date Move out date Rent Deposit Date deposit paid Notes [the form will also allow a PDF file to uploaded and attached to the record] The record payment form will have the following fields Tenant (select from drop down list) Date payment made Amount paid Notes A radio button that if clicked will send an email to tenant thanking them for the current payment. Views I want to be able to see at a glance who is behind on rent payments. This will need to be calculated by checking the start date and amount of rent paid to see if any more is now due. Rent is payable monthly in advance.  I want to be able to see a list of the properties and the number of let rooms and the number of vacant rooms at each one. I would like a report that shows me the occupancy of a property or selection of properties between 2 given dates. E.g. If a property has 6 bedrooms and 5 of them are let in a 30 day period then the occupancy would be ((5*30)/(6*30))*100 = 83%.
