Text files become zip files in Zoho Notebook, and file name is replaced by number.

Hi,

I would like to once again hilight a huge problem in Zoho Notebook:

When adding files to Notebook, Notebook sometimes changes the file type to a zip file, and replaces the file name with a long number.

Example:

I use 2 mobile phones simultaneously. One Iphone 6s (Ios 11.3) and one Sony Xperia XZ Premium (Android 9).

On both of them, I have the Google Documents app. Within the app, I have about 350 documents.

I would now like to add a copy of all the 350 documents to Zoho Notebook. My intention is to put them in different Notebooks, to get them better organized.

When I save a copy of one of my documents in Google Documents to Zoho Notebook on my Iphone 6s, everything goes smoothly (in spite of the fact that I haven't updated my IOS for far too long). No problems.

When I do the same thing on my Sony Xperia XZ Premium, the file is converted to a zip file, and the file name is replaced by a number. This happens every time, regardless of whether the document only consists of a few words of text, or if it is a large document, equivalent to 30 or 40 printed A4 pages.

This is a gigantic problem for me. You might say: "Why don't you just use your Iphone to transfer the documents to Zoho Notebook?" But my Iphone is old and in really bad shape, and could crash permanently any day. And I have no plans of getting a new Iphone - I will be using Android only from now on.

Google Documents is my by far most important app. It pretty much contains all my life. But I really, really want to use Zoho Notebook instead, since it offers superb possibilities to organize all my documents and notes, as well as photos etc.

But i desperately NEED to add all of my existing 350 Google Documents files to Zoho Notebook!

Please, kindly help me with this issue. I can NOT be the only ZN user in the world, who needs to add Google Document files to ZN!

I am enclosing a screen shot, that shows the inside of one of my Notebooks, after adding a couple of Google Document files.

Also, I have another big problem:

Photos that I edit - for example rotate - lose the editing when added to ZN, and turn up in their pre-edited version. That is another HUGE issue!

Kindly help me with these problems ASAP.
