The same VLOOKUP problem with every file

Dear Zoho Sheet Team,

We've been facing the same VLOOKUP problem with every file we loaded.  The latest one is "docid=1332883000000036025"

Here is the problem:  we have couple of sheets inside this document and VLOOKUP function between them. If we import this document  from local file (we did this three times), everything works fine. But after one day this function got broken somehow and VLOOKUP shows 'N/A' in every cell.

Please, help. We can't work.
