The system cannot find the file specified

Hi Zoho Assist Team,

We have just been trying out Zoho Assist but whilst trying to initiate a session, I received the following message "Failed to join session due to the following reasons: The system cannot find the file specified". Can you please help us understand the cause of this message and how to resolve it?
