Tickets created by splitting a Ticket
Hello guys,
I am struggling with a business requirement, which is to measure the number of Tickets created by splitting a Ticket.
My purpose is to measure how many Tickets on a given day were created by splitting a Ticket. I am not interested in manually marking such an action by an agent. The information has to be somewhere in the Ticket and I would like to simply retrieve it, e.g. via API.
In the parameters retrieved by ZOHO ANALYTICS (from ZOHO DESK) there is no parameter that is useful and responsible for this action. In the case of the possibility of retrieving such information through the API, I would be to extract such information and save it in the Ticket in a custom field and in the future base such a function on Workflow - I just need an answer from where I can retrieve such information - whether the Ticket was created from splitting another Ticket.
I would ask for help in pointing out the solution to this problem.
