Time Created shown on Card is incorrect

The time shown on the Card appears to be in a different time zone than the time shown on the timeline. Also, it Doesn't seem to be consistent - some cards show the proper time and some do not. For example, I have one that shows it was created tomorrow!

Any suggestions?
