Time tracking from report by action button

Time tracking from report by action button

Hi,

I've created a report for time tracking by custom action button. My goal is that employees should use only the action button without entering the form for checking in and out, to make the flow as fast as possible.
I'd need a new unfilled report for every business day with the list of the employees. Is it possible to code?

Any other tip to do it fast?
