Time TRacking in Zoho Sprints

Hi,

in Desk, there is a stopp watch to track the time, an agent required in a ticket at any time.

I am looking for a similar function in Sprints
How would I automatically track the time an user requires for a certain task?

I could also be an API call to count my time into 'the curtrent tickt 'in Progress'
