Timesheet Bug

I can't add timesheet items. When I put information into it I get a red error box saying "Please enter valid time Ex : 0.23 (or) 2.06 (or) 10.10
Date"
What's Wrong?

Honestly I'd like to mention that you have a great product, but it could be A LOT MORE USEFUL to independent project managers if the timetracking, estimating, and billing functions were a little bit better. Please put some more time into ZOHO PROJECTS.
