Tip 23 - Global view in Zoho Sprints
Global view in Zoho Sprints gives you a complete view of all the work items across the projects in your team. It is comprised of two different views - Default and Custom view.
- Default view lists all the work items in the open and closed statuses across the projects.
- Custom view helps you customize the work items based on your requirement. You can categorize them under Public, Private, and Shared views.
Default view
- Default view has two different views: Team View and My View. Both the views display all the open, closed work items and bugs. It also lists the recently reported and fixed bugs.
- Only the Admin can access the Team View. They can view all the work items across the projects.
- Members can only access the My View category. They can only view the work items assigned to them.
Custom view
Create a new view, set a criteria, and save the work items either as Private or Public. Private views are confidential and can be shared to specific users in your team whereas work items in the Public view will be visible to all the users. All the views that are shared to you will be listed in the Shared View. You can access custom views only in the Enterprise plan.
- Quick Tip: You can also save your search and filter results to a new view. Export the work items and view the export history anytime.
