Tip #3: How to change your booking page language

Displaying your booking page in your target audience's language can greatly increase customer satisfaction. By speaking their language, you will help customers feel more comfortable scheduling with you and create a stronger connection with them. Let's see how Bookings can help you achieve this.

You can set your booking page in any of the following nine languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, and Chinese. By default, booking pages will be displayed based on the user location.

To change the language of your booking page:

  1. Click the Settings icon on the top right corner of Bookings menu bar. Then choose Workspaces.

  2. Choose any workspace from the left sidebar.

  3. Select Policies and Preferences in the middle section.

  4. Hover over Language on the right side and click the edit icon.

  5. Choose the language from the drop-down list. Note that Based on user location is the default selection.

If you want to change your language preferences for the Zoho Bookings application itself, you can do so from your Zoho accounts page. Note that this will change the language settings across all your Zoho accounts.
