Tip of the week #27 - View all incoming and outgoing team emails effortlessly

Multiple Cc's and forwards is a common practice associated with group emails. Frustration and being unproductive is another common sight associated with people handling group emails.

In group emails, unless you keep a person in loop or forward the thread to them, there's no way the other person will know that a reply was made to the thread. Now this becomes a problem because every time you CC or forward the thread, it results in an additional email, cluttering the other people's inboxes. The endless Cc's and Bcc's results in multiple disconnected threads of communication. Another issue is, it's human nature to forget things, and that might result in missing to keep important people in loop.

However, with shared inboxes, you do not have to worry about anyone missing out. Since all emails are managed in a common inbox where every member of the team has access to, every individual in a team can view the replies in a particular thread.

In Zoho TeamInbox, by simply clicking on a particular thread, you can view the replies that have been made by you or your team members. This way, everyone in your team will stay on the same page.
