Tracking Item's price change in Zoho Inventory

Hey

I have a Zoho One and I am using Zoho inventory to manage food manufacturing process and I wanna ask how can I manage the supplies "items" price changes that is happening frequently ...

Example

Scenario:

* Item A purchase price is $100 last month

* Item A purchase price is $120 this month

* In the inventory we have have from the $100 purchase order and we got a new stock for the $120 purchase order

If I changed the price for the Item A, it will change the whole inventory price of Item A (Old remaining + New ) which is not accurate

If I created a new Item AA for example, I need to change all the composite items using Item A to be Item AA

How can we manage this in Zoho ?
