We are involved in providing transportation for various travel agencies, the staffs of various organizations (mainly airlines) as well as transport services on an ad-hoc basis. Currently, our transport management systems are not integrated and are predominantly MS-Excel based, along with a few programs running on MS-DOS. We would like to integrate these systems under one application software which we wish to get developed. Our requirements from the software are mainly - 1. Route Planning 2. Cab Allocation 3. Duty Tracking 4. Billing 5. MIS Reports 6. Record and maintenance of Organization, Driver, Cabs and Garage Masters The requirements are discussed in more detail in the attached Excel sheet.
