Trigger for Validation Rules

Currently in Zoho CRM we can set a trigger for workflows, blueprints etc in a custom deluge function

But Validation Rules are missing

For example if I run a custom function to update a record, it bypasses the validation rules

It would be really beneficial if we can trigger validation rules

like how we can trigger workflows, blueprints etc.
