Trigger Workflow only contacts from a company emails into ticket
Hi Zoho Team,
I am trying to create a workflow that updates information on a ticket which is working fine in terms of the updating. My issue currently is I only want this information to update when an email is sent in by the ticket contact.
For example:
Ticket has client John Smith from Generic Company A set as the ticket contact. When John Smith emails in I would like the workflow to trigger in order to update the ticket. Which as it is currently it does work. What I can't figure out is currently when Sandy Barnes from Generic Company B emails in, this will still trigger my workflow but this is undesired. I only want the workflow to trigger when John Smith emails in.
One step up from this which would be the ideal case is if I can get it so when a contact in Generic Company A's contact list emails in it will trigger the workflow and only the contacts from Generic Company A; though I'm not sure if this is possible based on the selectable conditions.
