Hi

I'm trying to create a pop-up that will appear when an anonymous visitor looks at 3 pages on a topic. Each page would have "mademo" in the URL.

I've setup the pop-up with an 'activity-based criteria' that it shoudl only appear when a Goal has been acheived. The Goal is that three pages have been visited with "mademo" in the URL.

But the Goal never triggers.

So I'm thinking: do Goals only trigger for Known website visitors?
