Trouble integrating gadget with gmail via googleapps...

Hi there,

When I attempt to add the URL (resolving to an XML file) to integrate contact from Zoho CRM with Gmail I get the following error message: "Invalid gadget specification. Ensure URL is correct and the gadget does not contain errors."   I have attempted to confirm that the URL created on the CRM setup page is correct.  I get the same error message when attempting to add the tasks gadget URL to gmail. 

Any insights into how to solve this?
