Trying to understand Etsy Integration

I currently have an Etsy shop as my primary eCommerce platform and was delighted to learn that Zoho has an integration for inventory and sales management. So I went through and set up everything. It seems that sales on my Etsy shop populate fine on Zoho Inventory, however, when tracking inventory I have a problem:

On Etsy, some of my products have bundle discounts, within one product, you can buy one for $35, three for $100, and five for $150. They are currently set up as variations on Etsy.

When they are processed through Zoho Inventory (which I do particularly for tracking purposes), the inventory doesn't update accurately as each of the variations (single pack, tipple pack, etc.) maintain their own counted stock instead of depleting form the actual stock.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there normal way to deal with this in Zoho Inventory? Is there a work around?
