UI issue in Zoho Projects - Upward arrow for expanding the "Add Description" content

Namaskaram Zoho Projects team,

We have found an issue with the UI of Zoho Projects that the arrow should be upward to show the content expanded and it should be downward to show that the content has been collapsed. But this has been reversed in adding Description for Subtask in Zoho Projects. Please refer following images.
