"Unable to connect to messaging server"
Zoho Support users are intermittently getting this message since yesterday. They are unable to save or send replies to customers. Is there an outage going on? We only use the
deparmentname@portalname.zohosupport.com email channel, so I suspect this is a problem with Zoho servers.
Is there a workaround for users to be able to compose replies in the meantime?
