Unable to deactivate New and returning visitors notification on SalesIQ app

Hi,

Despite the fact that I have deactivated these options in the setup, I am still getting push notifications and alerts from the SalesIQ app every time there is a new visitor on my Website (please see below screenshot I have well deactivated it, tried reinstalling the app, rebooting multiple times....). It's extremely annoying, I am on a Motorola GS5+ running the latest version of Android. Could you please help me out ?
