Unable to preview or export

I started using your online word processor on Jan 21. I was making a sign for my work. The nature of this type of project requires a lot of editing and changing things about. Now, it's a text document with various text formats and one image. At first I didn't like my first design, so I began making changes using a two-column table - this is where the problems began.

  1. The first problem I started having was that the table was cutting off the last few characters on each line of text within the right cell, but only in the output document (PDF or Print Preview), in the WYSIWIG everything seemed fine. I found that if I used the "Reset document style", this would rectify the issue the first three times I used it, then it stopped working.
  2. Now I'm stuck with another issue. When I click Print Preview, the file menu remains on the screen and a grey box appears reading, "Generating print preview...". Then nothing happens. I may move freely around the menu, even edit my document with the grey box still on the screen. If I tell it to export to PDF, the box reads "Generating PDF document...", but again nothing happens.

So, my question is this: Do I need to make a purchase to make this thing work? Or, is this simply a glitch?
