unable to set correct kpi

unable to set correct kpi

Hi,

For kpi's using date fileds i find that i can only use options like "before" or "after". We need to know how many times a date field has been populated and i don't know how to do it. For example, our trainers set at what date they train a customer. we need to set a kpi that tell us how many customers have been trained on the current or last month.
