Unable to Transfer survey to colleague

I am trying out the Survey function for the very first time (Free account). I have created what I think is a really good survey! Now I have a friend who is working on a similar project, so I recommended that she open a Zoho account. I thought that I could save her some effort if I transferred a copy of my survey to her, which she could then modify according to her needs. However, when I go into 'Advanced Options' and choose Transfer -> Copy, after inputting her email address I get an error message to say that she does not have Zoho Survey account. This seems very strange, as she is able to create a survey! Any idea what I might be doing wrong? - Regards, Bill
