Unanswered Questions (UAQs) taking too long to show up in Admin
I am in the process of creating a course on Zoho Answer Bot, and I intentionally tried a phrase which the bot could not handle. I did not do it from the simulator, but interacted with the actual live bot.
While I did get the expected response from the Bot itself ("could not find any resources"), the actual query I used hasn't yet showed up inside my UAQ list and it has now been over 12 hours.
Is this a bug, or is it to be expected? Does the Answer Bot use some specific rules to decide which UAQs show up inside the list?
