UNAPPROVED record management

When the unapproved list of duplicates is long, one needs the some tools to manage them - when this list has over 1500 records, we cannot manage it without some tools, such as:

1. The ability to apply a filter - ie similar to creating a CREATE a NEW VIEW with a filter per field option

2. The ability to edit the UNAPPROVED list view and ADD new fields to this view - this seems to be fixed with no possibility to change.
