Suggestion: I notice a lock permission in profiles but I can't see the option for an unlock record permission.

Use Case: Record Locking Configuration is on for all users, we want a specified profile only to be able to unlock a locked record if they are needing to make a change. I'm aware I can add the users profile as an exception but we would want the users in the profile to manually unlock the record if its requiring a change, 15 fields as a maximum isn't enough fields for our users to be able to edit.
