Further to my other message about the process that gets you to the "Update Profile" web page...

When I do get to the page that updates a profile, it doesn;t seem to work. 

If you take a look at screen-1338, when I press the Save button, nothing changes on screen and, when I check the Lead in ZMH, it hasn't been updated.
