Updating multiple CRM modules with Zoho Form integration

Hi there,

We currently have two forms responsible for onboarding a new client.

When the status of a lead changes to "start onboarding", the system converts to Contact. There is no account created, because at this point we do not know their company name (and there may be multiple company names relating to different opportunities down the line).

On conversion from Lead to Contact, a form is sent out to collect personal information and this then "updates existing contact" via the integration.

On submission of the personal information form, a second form is triggered to allow them to onboard their property with us for management.

This form collects information about their property, including the company that owns it.

On submission of this form, a new property record is created and also a deal (a new deal is created for each property, therefore needs to be created at this stage).

The property record is linked to the contact, which is what we want.

The deal is linked to the property and the contact, which is also what we want to happen.

I am unable to create an Account and also link it to contact, property and deal though.

One of the fields in the second form is company name, registration number, registered address etc. and there doesn't appear to be a way to both update the contact record as well as creating a a new Account record with everything linked?

Is there a way to do this, or maybe change the flow to allow it?
