Urgent! Troubles with Leads creation CRM

Ultravision (org58377049)  has not received any Leads from today 28th Feb.  (03:00++ CET time).

how do we know something is wrong?

Our flow function CrearLeadXalianza


 that today we should have at least 20 created Leads but instead crm shows only 2 (1 of them was test)


Therefore, the next logical step is find out about errors or something:

Flow history is totally empty, we believe our Flow is having troubles that impact on leads registration proccess
